The ambulance arrived. The patient is your perception.

The third eye didn't close on its own. It was admitted, sedated, and wheeled in on a gurney surrounded by every screen that was ever designed to keep it looking outward instead of up. The caduceus marks the ambulance — the same symbol that once meant the staff of Hermes, the messenger between worlds, the rod of awakening — now stamped on the side of a vehicle rushing the most important organ you have into emergency care while televisions carpet the ground beneath it showing you faces, narratives, programming in the most literal sense of the word.

3Y3 C U across the top because the eye that sees is the one they're most afraid of. The A.R.A. ambulance is not here to put it under — it's here to bring it back. The screens aren't the destination. They're what the stretcher is being wheeled through to get to something on the other side of all of it.

The diagnosis is suppression. The treatment is attention turned inward. The prognosis depends entirely on whether the patient is willing to look away from the televisions long enough to remember what looking actually is.
